Rehoboth Beach, DE Museum's 12th Annual Needlework Exhibition - 7/30/29

July 30, 2024--Save the dates--Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Museum's 12th Annual Needlework Exhibition will take place September 14 through November 10, 2024.  Flyer is in the link below.  

Plan on making three trips to the beach:

1. Drop off your needlework piece(s) (August 26 through September 4, 2024).  Items can be mailed (see instructions)
2. View the exhibition (September 14 through November 10, 2024)
3. Pick up your needlework one full weekend after the show closes (by November 17, 2024)

Not only will the exhibition be judged, but each piece gets a critique--an excellent opportunity to learn about your stitching.

Necklace and Bracelet Shell Game - Updated 7/6/24

July 6, 2024--Loved the Shell Game bracelet so much that I ordered more beads to make a necklace.  Fortunately, Jill Wiseman had the same bronze size 8 and 11 beads available.  The bugle beads, even though they have the same number, are just a bit darker than the ones used for the bracelet, but not enough to bother me.   Here it is.

May 17, 2024--I've just finished another beaded bracelet and love how different this one is compared to others I've done.   This one, called Shell Game, is designed by June Wiseman and took just a few hours to work up.    I'd love to have a necklace using this pattern, so may call Jill Wiseman to see if the same beads are available.
